Room for improvement - Edit
Someone told me that they had vegan pho, but it's all made with beef broth. It would be so simple to make pho with veggie broth but they weren't even open to it 😒
Read morePros: The yellow curry 🍛 was delicious , Lunch prices are reasonable , They make vegan Thai boba with coconut milk
Cons: Not willing to make vegan pho

A separate Vegan menu! - Edit
I’ll admit, TaraRine is a bit inconsistent when it comes to quantity and quality of veggies (I expect more than giant blocks of lettuce when the protein selected is “vegetable”). However, they have a whole separate vegan menu, with MANY options and it’s always delicious.

Second update (dropped another star): Second-Favorite Thai Place in Town! - Edit
UPDATE 2: Changed from three to two stars. My partner chose Tararine tonight (I wanted sushi), and I wanted to give this restaurant another try. Shame on me. I got the Drunken Noodle with Tofu and extra vegetables through NoCo Nosh. It was an extra $0.99 for 5 small bite-size pieces of tofu. The dish was mainly noodles, likely over a pound, which I had to dig through to find a small amount of veggies and tofu.
Read moreUPDATE: Changed from four to three stars and from “favorite” to “second-favorite” because our last vegan order didn’t include tofu in the Pad Ka Prow, Pad Ped, or Drunken Noodle. They were indeed delicious! But I prefer tofu with veggies to veggies alone, so Tom Kha Thai is now #1 in my book!
Consistently delicious vegan options! Some vegan favorites have included:
- Pad See-Ew
- Pad Khing Sod
- Pad Khee Mao
- Pad Woon Shen
- Khang Massamun
- Khaow Pad Phung Karee
Have always had fantastic experiences, which keep us going back, and would 100% recommend! Our vegetarian friend was also impressed, especially knowing that they didn’t have to worry about seafood/fish sauces ending up in their dishes.

Nothing special - Edit
I got the pad Thai vegan with veggies and tofu. It only came with carrots and questionable sprouts for the veg and the tofu has a soggy texture. Probably wouldn’t come here again, but passable for a one time meal.

Delicious, flavorful food in a calming, modern setting - Edit
If you're looking for delicious, flavorful food in a calming, modern setting, give Tararine a try. Today, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here, and we were thrilled to see that Tararine has an entire 100% vegan menu in addition to their options for omnivores (I uploaded a photo).
Read moreToday we started with the fresh rolls (a wonderfully cooling dish with fresh mint -- perfect for today's hot weather!) and a pot of jasmine tea. We then each enjoyed a curry with tofu, and both were great (see photo -- mussaman curry in the back, green curry in the front). Super flavorful, and each dish met our respective preferences: She wanted something mild, and it came that way, mild but still very flavorful, whereas I wanted something with a bit of a spice kick, and my green curry was spiced to perfection.
The service today was great, too; the person who helped us answered all our questions, and she made herself available to help us without "hovering" or rushing us. We also liked the setting; from the outside, the restaurant is one of many in a Campus West strip mall, but from the inside, you feel transported: the dining area incorporates modern design in a way that doesn't feel cold, because of the floor-to-ceiling colorful murals. Today, there was also some Thai music playing in the background (a totally unobtrusive volume, so it added to the atmosphere but didn't interfere with conversation).
We will definitely be returning to Tararine, and we encourage you to support them, too!

Delicious vegan options that are clearly stated on the menu - Edit
Ordered the vegan drunken noodles and vegan basil fried rice. Both were delicious! Spent over $20 with my online order so a free crab won ton was added to my order. I called the restaurant and asked if they could replace it with a vegan option and they let me choose the fried spring rolls which were delicious!!

Excellent food, and a Vegan menu section - Edit
I have had many different dishes at TaRaRine, and I have enjoyed every single one immensely. I think TaRaRine may be the best restaurant in all of Fort Collins. I can't recommend it highly enough. Their service is also exceptional, the dine-in experience is pleasant, quiet, and clean, and they bring the food out very quickly.
Read moreThe only negatives I can say are that the food is somewhat inconsistent from one day to the next in terms of both portion sizes and flavors, but it is always excellent anyways so I never much minded.
Pros: Delicious, Quiet, Friendly
Cons: inconsistent

Approach with caution - Edit
While they clearly have items marked as vegan we received egg in our order. Called the restaurant and they apologized and said it must have been because they were busy. Given that they had written “vegan” on the container lid I’m not sure they understand what is vegan. Aside from the egg there was a lot of oil in the dish. We won’t be returning.

Vegan and good - Edit
They have a vegan menu and after speaking with some cooks I have great confidence they understand what constitutes vegan and respect those dietary/lifestyle/moral wishes.

Delicious, & extensive vegan options - Edit
Thai is my favorite cuisine hands down, so I don’t say this lightly: this is one of the better Thai restaurants I’ve been to. The pad see ew was perfect, and the curry rice & tom yum were great too. Tons of explicitly labeled vegan options on the menu (including the online menu). Not too expensive either. Strong recommend of this place
