Greek food vegan version - Edit
Everything was so lovely. Our friend took us to this traditional vegan tavern, we tried almost the whole menu and everything was great. The variety of flavours was overwhelming. Great wine too!

100% vegan, 100% delicious - Edit
We arrived at 13:00 am and were the only costumers. I guess the place is full in the evenings, because everything tastes great. We enjoyed stuffed vine leaves, kidney-bean "meatballs" and a hot-pot of tomatoes and peppers with creamy "cheese" on top (served with a spicy pile of toasted bread slices). Highly recommend!

Extremely nice dishes and cheap prices. The place to go if you are vegan in Thessaloniki and you are done with non-vegan side dishes in other places. Everything they do with mushrooms is mind blowing

It's quite an underground, alternative spot. I wouldn't call it a local traditional taverna though. Offers a fully vegan (though not so healthy) menu. Very low prices and nice portions. When we went there the first time, they had live music which was nice.

Quite simple and not very healthy (lots of mayo and oil) but still overall tasty. I recommend the potato salad and the ”meatball” sandwich. It smelled a lot of cigarette smoke inside so sit outside is to prefer.

Tarantula is the must place you should visit! You can go there for a morning coffee, for delicious and very cheap meal, or for a beer late at night. People who work there are amazing, and the atmosphere there is perfect, I would totally recommend it!!

It looks and it is more bar than restaurant so we really did not expected such a great food. Young man who prepared the sandwich and hot pot was very friendly and his dog too😄Really cheap and tasty food, good especially for bunch of friends.

Outrageously tasty food - all Vegan - Edit
The food at Tarantula is delicious and made with passion. The garlic mayonnaise in particular is some of the best I have tried. We ordered the meatball sandwich and the cheese/tomato hotpot. The balance of flavours, textures and smells were perfect. Highly recommended for the next time you are in Thessaloniki. Best of all, it was all Vegan!

As a local i can assure that is a unique place in the city. You can go at noon or night to have from a Coffee to wine or tsipouro! The dishes are delicius and the staff are polite. All are exclusively vegan!

This place is a bit of a hidden gem, not many seem to know about it! The menu is not in English but the staff are super friendly and can describe all items for you. Cheap prices, and all dishes are big enough to share. The food itself was super tasty and super filling. Don’t miss out on this place if you are in Thessaloniki!
