Really good food - Edit
We were here on our first night in town and Tarantoula definitely set the mood of what to expect food wise. The staff was super nice, the food really good and really good value.
Read more...the wine did give us a headache the next day, so maybe stick to beer.

I really like their food. - Edit
All of their food options are vegan, and all of them are very very very delicious, totally worth trying 🙌. Their latte is also amazing. They even offer vegan alternatives for some alcohols that typically have honey in them, so 1 to that. In general, the quality is very good and everything is very tasty.

Best vegan place in town . Small ,cosy place with friendly,open minded owners. Offers various options to eat and drink in reaaaly low prices. On a cold night try rakomelo. I recommend Bugiournti, Ntakos salad with vegan feta, raw beetroot carrot salad and bean patties . Also hit the place on Wednesdays like 8 o'clock cause around 9 live rembetiko begins .

Everything was nice. The food was simple, tasty, and cheap. The atmosphere was a bit to quiet; we were the only costumers that evening. The waiter knew basic English but was always willing to help. The Greek salad was delicious.

Maybe not the most cozy looking place in the world, but very friendly people working here and some cute dogs! Food is really good! The portions are pretty huge for mezze, I kind of overdid it by trying to eat three dishes by myself, hahaha, but that still came to 10 euro. I’m loving it!

Best vegan food in Thessaloniki - Edit
I have been more than a couple of times over there and I love it because it's the only place where you can take vegan friends from abroad or non vegan greek friends - to enjoy greek traditional food choices. There is a variety although each time there is something missing from the menu (no options with potatoes or no options withs beans etc). In addition, you can have there some vegan wine and vegan rakomelo with agave instead of honey.

The place is also cheap, one more positive attribute as well as it often has many foreigners so the multiethnic ambiance is nice.
I would like them though to change their coffee brand to a direct trade ethical one. In addition, it would be good to change the straws into biodegradable ones. Or even have sme metal ones.

Amazing amazing amazing! I haven't been vegan for long and the vegan feta here to me is even better than some originals. The atmosphere was rather punkish with loud music, but didn't disturb us. Everyone was very friendly :)

A great authentic place. Each dish had a unique and distinct flavor. We tried and loved every thing on the menu but it's not very expensive. Only cons is that they have small portions maybe to complement the drinks. Don't miss the "meatballs".

After reading the description here, I expected a taverna. This is rather a coffee shop/bar that also offers a small selection of nice vegan-only food.

Staff was friendly, prices were moderate.

We really liked the clay pot and the aubergine salad. The fried cheese and the fried pies were nice, too, though quite heavy, as we should have expected with fried food. Overall four dishes were quite a lot for two. The staff and the dogs there were very friendly, place seemed alternative, which we appreciate. We got free tap water and a free starter of crisps and delicious vegan mayonnaise. And it was really good value. Best food in our holidays so far!

Cosy place, friendly people who speak English (thank you 😁), great music (ranging from quality punk to Elvis!) and totally awesome VEGAN food. 😋 Quiet location but only a couple of minutes from the Rotunda. Ate here with friends and alone and instantly felt at home. Friendly dogs lounging around.
