Delicious Fresh Food - Edit
Got the burrito which had the perfect flavor and amazing fresh veggies. Everything was a very good price as well. Also got the hibiscus/sorrel drink which was delicious. Everything was a 10 out of 10!

Stumbled upon this place while driving and and it did not disappoint. Their burritos are truly delicious! Everything was seasoned and flavored well! I also it with a glass of sorrel and it hit the spot! Would come back in a heart beat!

Here we have the Asada Quesadilla from Tapatia which was out of this world! 🌎 The vegan cheeze in Mexico is made with coconuts and this cheeze hits so different 🤯 I wish they had cheeze this fresh in the usa! From here I also got tacos and the lonche (2nd slide)! this place was honestly to for for so fresh, so delicious & so cheap! One of our faves in Tulum! The owner too was so passionate about his food and giving us a great experience.

Located in downtown Tulum, this street vender does reaaall good vegan tacos and (whilst we were there) Jamaica water! Super friendly staff and very reasonably priced. We love!

Ate here 3x because it was so convenient and inexpensive. My favorite with definitely the tortas! Excellent bread packed with veggies, sauce and protein of your choosing! Highly recommend the torta ahogada (drowned in special sauce!).Owner was very friendly and you could tell was passionate. Hopefully they can expand one day to have more space and even more delicious menu options!

Despite having lots of competition from the likes of El Bajon and Perro No Come Perro (two fantastic vegan taco spots in Tulum), I think Tapatía has stolen my heart. Everything is made in-house from seitan to the sauces to the tortillas. Whatever you order is absolutely loaded with flavor and toppings. And for $5 bucks you can get two incredible sopes (try them!). I have eaten here 8 times in one month.

First off, I don’t understand how anyone could give this place a negative review. $7 for a large burrito is really not that bad compared to many places in Tulum, and the quality is OUTSTANDING. The location could be hard to find as it is run out of what appeared to be a residence with a tent in the front. But don’t let the aesthetic fool you- the food is some of the best in the entire world and definitely our favorite in Tulum so far. The gentleman who makes the food truly cares and grinds your salsa by scratch when you order. The Carne Asada burrito is something that dreams are made of. The meat is clearly some kind of marinated faux meat, and the flavor is out of this world. Top it all off with avocado crema, and you will die and go to heaven. This is a must-try in Tulum.

In LA Veleta this is a convenient taco stop. They were out of mushrooms both times we went, and their hours are a little irregular. The food was fresh and tasty, just cost a little more than some other vegan street tacos.

Great little spot on the side of the road. I got the cochinita sopes and my husband got the asada burrito. Both were delicious — fresh ingredients that boasted tons of flavor, with homemade salsas to make them even yummier. The owner is incredibly nice and a great host. We’ll definitely be going back before we leave Tulum.

Pricy for what you get - Edit
We ordered 2 cheese and beans tacos which was the order they have and they say now is one big taco for 85 pesos; there was a confusion since in the menu is written 2 tacos so they brought us 2 tacos and charged us with 85 pesos each taco and it was a regular tortilla size and nothing big, the torta ahogada costs 90 pesos and it was fine; we asked for a glass of natural water and they had plenty but they said they cannot give us water and we needed to buy a bottle water from them. Personal is friendly but price tag is too high for what you get.

Amazing nachos and tacos - Edit
Our favorite place had been el bajón but now we’ve tried these and loved them! They are less oily and full of flavor. We loved the buche tacos with setas (oister mushrooms) and the nachos were incredible! I am not a big fan of vegan cheese but this one was really good and slightly spicy. Really really good. The staff is also super friendly.
