They have something for everyone, so it's a good place to go with omnivorous folks. It's wonderful that they have a separate vegan menu. I've liked everything that I've ever had there. Cool pub atmosphere.

A favorite for vegans and non-vegans. Everyone is always happy with their meals. The CLT is my favorite, but everything is good.

I love going here because they have so many beers on tap - and they have a dedicated vegan menu now! The burgers are good, they recently added a falafel to the menu this summer, and the CLT and "beef and cheddar" are excellent. And their brussel sprouts??? So good! Though you do have to specify vegan with those. They've also started carrying vegan desserts, although I haven't tried them.

It's an upscale bar, and can get noisy on weekends, but there's a dining room separated from the bar seating if you want it a bit quieter. Their back patio is also open half the year and it's really fantastic going out there at night.

Love that tap and mallet has a separate vegan. Their cauliflower bites are delicious (on their own or in the tacos!). Their CLT is another favorite. They also have a few salad dressings that are vegan and their salad sizes are quite large for the price. I can never finish the large salad!

Delicious vegan choices. The buffalo cauliflower tacos are delectable as is the sandwich/fry choices. It also has an excellent array of beers on tap.

I came here with my parents, my dad and I eat vegan but my mom does not. This was a great compromise. There is a separate vegan menu so it was very easy to see exactly what my choices were. The cauliflower bites were delicious, we had them for a starter, but it looked like they could be ordered in a taco too. The black bean burger was delicious and they have 4 different ways of dressing it up. I had the black & blu which had vegan blue cheese. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Rochester. There is also a great selection of beers, although I’m not sure if any of them are label vegan.

first, the mallet sauce and spicy Asian bbq sauce ARE NOT VEGAN. They have honey. There's an entire vegan menu though, so ask for that when you are seated.

The vegan cauliflower tacos ate amazing. The flavors balance out well and the portion is perfect. If you get an appetizer, you probably won't even be able to finish all 3 tacos.
The vegan beef and cheese
.. I wasn't very impressed. They skimped on the vegan cheese,and there was some type of white sauce on it that I just didn't care for. The dipping sauce was good though and there was plenty of seitan slices on it.
Also,they only serve beer and wine! No liquor.

Great vegetarian and vegan options. The vegan buffalo bites with vegan blue cheese is fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful and when weather permits the patio seating is comfortable. The huge variety of beer is a bonus.

I love coming here! They're CLT (coconut lettuce tomato) is to DIE for, so good. They smoke the coconut so it actually tastes like bacon. Their tofu bites are pretty good as well. Most of their burgers can be made vegan. They have lots of vegan swaps that can be made. Great place to go if you're with family who aren't vegan and don't want to go to an all vegan place.
