Photos of all dishes are pinned on the wall. The owner took time to explain the dishes and ingredients. Small place, it was not very crowded when we were there. No buffet, only a la carte. The dishes were really tastfull!

Yummy - Edit
Very good food for a very good price. It got quite busy so one of the waitresses seemed a bit stressed and short with us, but the food was delicious and the owner super-friendly. The same owner owns the lunchtime restaurant just around the corner (I highly recommend that one too!)

Awesome food - Edit
Visited in dec 2019. Quaint little shop offering a good selection of veggie dishes. Tried their asam laksa, fried oyster omelette and some small dishes. Staff were very friendly and would explain and recommend dishes to try.

AMAZING place - Edit
Sooo sad that we went there our last day!!! Food is incredibly cheap and so good! RM17 for 2 plates and one sharing plate. We ordered 2 noodles plates and one plate with some kind of samossas. Very tasty. And what about the owner?! She's so friendly and was always smiling.

oh my... i'm in love with this place and that's mainly because of the lady running the restaurant who was soo so sweet. she really cares about her customers and wants them to have the best food experience possible.

the crispy springrolls are nice as well, but quite greasy.

Nice little place, loads of options - Edit
Wasn’t a buffet anymore when I went. Nothing has egg or milk unless you ask for egg (it’s possible to add). Owner really nice and greeted me and explained the daily specials. I got the laksa, which was a daily special and some crispy spring rolls. Very affordable (by western standards). I didn’t know what a lot of the menu was so hope to come back and experiment more! Also they have freakishly fast WiFi for Penang, although it’d be a weird place to work lol. I got 19.9 down, 21 up!

Gutes einfaches Essen. Mein Reis mit Gemüse war ok - das andere Essen von meinem Partner war geschmacklich sehr gut. Portionen sind ausreichend gross.

Delicious! - Edit
I got kind of difficulties to find according to the location - so I am adding a more accurate picture of the location. The restaurant is in front of little (night) food corner.
Read moreThe restaurant has special meals everyday as well as a la cart dishes.
The stuff is very kind and helpful, explaining what to expect behind some of the names, as well as recommend you some based on your taste. The variety makes it diffocult to choose just one dish, especially if you're alone.
The food is was very delicious - Indonesian rice set. This place made me regret that I was leaving Georgetown too soon.
Absolutely recommend.
