Serves meat, vegan options available. Typcial little Mexican burrito joint but for a large selection of vegetarian dishes. As the sign says, not just bean/cheese burritos here: vegan calabacitas, soy chorizo, soy machaca, soy verde, and rice-based horchata. Makes its own tortillas and corn chips. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-6:00pm, Sun 7:00am-3:00pm.

Great take out experience - Edit
We ordered online with great ease. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find a large selection of vegan options. Pick up was a breeze too.
Read moreThe food was delicious. We were excited to try nopales in the burrito bowl and in tacos. We also had a corn tortilla taco with soy chorizo.
We were happy to have corn tortillas as an option for many of the catagories as gluten doesn't work for some who ate with us.
Pros: Great labels-easy to find vegan options , Tasty , Online ordering
Cons: Parking was limited up front so we parked on a st

NEVER AGAIN!! - Edit
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. On Monday, I spent over $80 on food, including two packages of flour tortillas. On Tuesday night, I discovered mold growing on the tortillas. When I called on Wednesday to address the issue, I was informed by one of the owners that they do not offer refunds and would only replace the packages if I brought them in. Unfortunately, I had already given one package away to my mother, and it may have been discarded.
Read moreDespite my long-term patronage, the owner insisted on their no-refund policy, which I find to be poor customer service. They claimed the tortillas were fresh and lacked preservatives, which I know to be untrue from my years of experience with their products. They've never molded after a day from purchase. It seems they are willing to lose a loyal customer rather than provide a refund or replace both packages. Given this treatment, I am ending my relationship with this restaurant. This incident has made me question the quality of all their products.
Pros: Vegan Options
Cons: Mold on food, Expensive , Bad customer service

Their tortillas are the best - Edit
I always stop by when I'm in Tucson, their tortillas are amazing and their vegan selection is impressive. Staff is also knowledgeable and their menu is pretty clearly labeled. My favorites are the lentejas and calabacitas and their salsa verde. Food can be on the salty side and sometimes they run out so go early.

Great vegan options - Edit
Tanias has a great selection of vegan options. Their vegan menu is essentially half of an entire large page. The Soy Machaca burrito is my personal favorite. I usually order it enchilada style. This place is always busy though, you NEED to place your order ahead of time online if you don't want to be waiting almost an hour for your food. The few staff members I have interacted with aren't super personable or kind if I'm being honest, but considering I usually just pick up my food and leave it hasn't been a problem. I think this has a lot to do with how busy it usually is though, they are probably constantly overwhelmed. Regardless, they have great food and we're very lucky to have them in Tucson. Not that many places around cater to vegans/vegetarians very well, but Tanias has been great in this respect.

One night, one meal - Edit
I was excited when I saw calabacitas on the menu and was only starting in Tucson 1 night for work, so I tried three vegan calabacitas enchiladas plate. The enchilada sauce is good, but inside the enchiladas was incredibly flat and flavorless. The beans were saltier than I like and 9 chips I got were reaching the chewy/stale stage. Not impressed and sorry I didn't try Tumerico instead.

I’ve had carry out about a dozen times from Tanias 33 and always enjoyed it. My current menu favorite is the Vegan Lentejas (lentils) burrito—very tasty. I usually order on Yelp for the convenience. I would not recommend dining in for lack of ambiance. 😎

Fantástico - Edit
Our normal burrito place was closed during it’s normal time. So we went down the street to check out this place after finding it on HappyCow. They have huge vegan section on their menu. I had the nopal burrito with red sauce. My partner had the cauliflower burro. They were both fantastic. We both ordered the regular size. They were so large we had them for lunch then dinner and finished them off for breakfast. We’re looking forward to another trip to Tucson.

Check your food - Edit
I ordered a vegan tostada and 2 other items. When I started eating the tostada it tasted like real cheese, we started talking to the table next to us and they happened to be vegan as well. (They ordered after us) They told us that some of the items were not available because they ran out of vegan cheese. I went WTF, complained to the lady that took my order and she didn't know what vegan means, got our money back and the owner apologized, but cant trust them now.

Ate too much! - Edit
Vegan selection is insane! Cauliflower tacos done Dorado(rolled and fried) style are amazing! Had enchilada el cibil(mushrooms sauteed) was ok. Tamale was delicious. Nopalitos taco Colorado is delicious, sauce is smoky and thick. Would suggest soft taco on this one. Got hard taco and it was soggy. RICE! The most amazing rice I ever had! The only thing I did not like was the vegan cheese. Which is pureed squash! Kid you not! I asked for a side and was shocked! Tasted like baby food. Guacamole is bland. Looks like it came from a tube. But I would definitely go back for the items I liked!

Vegan Mexican food paradise - Edit
Let’s me honest: it sort of sucks not being able to order whatever you want (if anything at all) at an authentic Mexican food joint as a vegan. Look no further... this place offers TONS of vegan options and it is all delicious!! My friend and I were actually overwhelmed by the vastness of vegan options. We ended up getting a 4 item combo plate (each) which came with rice and beans. I can’t even say which was my favorite... but the enchilada is a must. Do yourself a vegan favor and go check this place out! By the way... the only reason I gave 4 stars is because you can’t give 5 to Omni places, but I would if I could. The owner was very engaging and excited about all of the vegan items. There’s also vegan tamales available in the fridge for a quick take out. Okay, one negative.. it did take quite a while to get our food (we were on vacay so it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but don’t go if you’re in a rush).
