Read moreIl ristorante ha varie opzioni vegane(poche, non vi aspettate chissà che) ma è comunque un modo piacevole per passare la serata.
Come antipasto abbiamo preso zeppoline fritte e ciotola con ragù veg per fare la scarpetta.
Come primo sempre pasta con ragù, c'erano altre due opzioni ma onestamente poco allettanti (una con le melanzane e l'altra con I pomodorini).
Il ragù è buono ma potrebbe essere fatto meglio, la carne è sostituita con cubetti di seitan, sarebbe stato meglio usare il granulare di soia.
Speriamo aggiungano altro

Great Vegan Ragú - Edit
Chain restaurant in Napoli with a few locations around city. We tried Tandem in the Vomero district on a Sunday lunch: the place is always full so a reservation is required. We tried as starters Fried Aromatic Zeppoline and Vegan Ragú Scarpetta, a little sauce bowl with bread (to insert in!). Main order was Vegan Ragü Rigatoni, italian pasta with same amazing sauce made with Tomato. Onions, Peas, Carrots, Celery and Seitan. Staff is very nice and food was good: i will return for sure.
