Dissapointment

We ordered fresh spring rolls and stated that we want them vegan. We also had veganpasses with us. We got fried rolls with meat and salad that had worms in it. Can't recommend to anyone

Vegan cooking options

It was a really great experience. I did the daytime class which involves a trip to the market ( just FYI there is lots of meat st the market). Then we went back to the school and each made 5 dishes. They provided tofu instead of the meat. They also had vegan oyster sauce for cooking. They also have us each a cookbook with the receipts and cultural information. I would recommend this cooking school
