Filling, basic food - Edit

Update June 2024:
This restaurant on their Facebook page said that they were changing to a delivery only restaurant. So this location has shut down for restaurant service and you need to call them to make an order and they will deliver it.

I went for lunch on a Friday in January, 2020. The lunch of the day was a salad and then the main plate that had whole grain rice, beans, and mock meat with a few vegetables mixed in. The lunch was quite filling, but I found the flavors to be rather bland. They serve gelatin for dessert, otherwise the meal was vegan. The current price for the lunch of the day is 11 soles. I believe this is currently the cheapest place in the Miraflores neighborhood for vegetarian lunch. But quite honestly I recommend that you spend two or three soles more and visit a 100% vegetarian restaurant and get a more interesting, flavorful meal. This place has been around for over 20 years, so I guess they're doing something right, but once was enough for me.
