Largest Indian vegan menu in Edina

There are 12 vegan entrees clearly labeled with a "V". The menu says all 16 vegetarian entrees can be made vegan upon request.

After considering all 28 vegan menu items, I went with the Mixed Vegetable Curry which was good choice. The vegetables, ginger, garlic, tomatoes & spices all work well together. The Vegetable Samosa appetizer was piping hot, and quite good with tamarind sauce.

Note: the best option for parking is the free ramp, which is a 1-minute walk from the restaurant.
