Great cooking farm - Edit
We took the vegan cooking class, which is actually together with a non-vegan one. Of course we only cooked and ate only vegan products. The menu was actually vegetarian but we left out the egg, so that way it became fully vegan. It was very good en they gave us good instructions. I do recommend.

Great experience! - Edit
This is a fantastic cooking school which is extremely vegan friendly. The whole experience lasts around 5 hours as you are taken to a local market and then their farm. We informed them in advance that we were vegan and they had a specific vegan cook book just for us. We were the only two vegans attending this class so pretty much got 1 - 1 support. Very worthwhile experience to do if you are staying in the Ubud area!
