Moreish - Edit
A lovely lady runs this place and makes a really delicious vegan banh mi stuffed with herbs and homemade mock meats. The sandwich is toasted before serving, so it’s served warm and wonderfully crispy. My partner tried their Vietnamese coffee but wasn’t impressed—he said it tasted weird and sour.
Read moreThere’s a stall out front as well as space to sit indoors. Inside, there are some shelves displaying items for sale, most of which seem to be vegan. Amongst them, however, we spotted Snickers bars which contain dairy, so technically this place isn’t entirely vegan. Watch out for that!
The banh mi is very reasonably priced at 30k (approx. €1.20). We visited several times and usually ordered at least two each, plus sometimes one to take away!
Pros: Very moreish banh mi 🥖🥖🥖, Friendly staff (and a cute baby 👶)
Cons: Sells non-vegan products 🙅♀️

The best Banh Mi in Vietnam - authentic chilli and mint flavours, crisp crunchy bread - just absolutely delicious. Grab a couple of beers from across the road and sit on the sidewalk here and recharge with this deliciousness

Perfect Bánh Mì - Edit
Crispy bread, super tasty fillings, and good coffee (I thought I was asking for black coffee but got a slightly milky coffee with sugar that was actually delicious). Lots of locals stopping by when I was here at 6:30 to get takeaways.

The best vegan banh mi - Edit
This is literally the best banh mi we had the entire time we were in Vietnam. We came back three times for breakfast because it was just SO good - it’s so fresh and delicious, and the bread is toasted which is amazing. Do not miss this - wishing I could eat it again as I’m writing this 😭

We came here and had the best BAHN Mi in Vietnam yet (we’ve been travelling the whole of Vietnam by motorbike!). This was such a treat. The lady is so lovely, we ended up having 3 between the two of us! We will be coming back for breakfast! Thank you Mint-Tam 😀

Delicious Banh Mi and lovely lady - Edit
We enjoyed the Banh Mi a lot. The coffee took a little long, although not so many people there. But I guess a good dripped coffee simply takes its time.

Loved it! - Edit
The lady who runs the stall is such a sweet soul. She asks you before preparation if you want chili on it. Also she heats it up in a small oven so it'll taste fresh and warm. It was sooo good. A bit expensive but still affordable. #Veganuary

The best Vegan Bahn Mi - Edit
You have to visit this place in Hoi An, the woman who runs it is so sweet and speaks good English. I asked for no mayo or egg to make it vegan and she was absolutely fine doing this. The bread was perfection and the tofu filling delicious. Hoping to come back more times during my stay here!!

My new favourite sandwich - Edit
Only one option, but it's perfect. Lovely Tofu and fake meat. Great warm or when eaten cold the next day. We had to make a border run to Laos so we bought a few banh mi the day before - they tasted great on the bus. The woman is so friendly. 6 stars. #Veganuary

Great bahn mi, one option only - Edit
Loved the simplicity of only having one option. The lady making them is so nice and very welcoming. Seating is available inside. We came back for a second time while in Hoi An.
