Authentic Japanese w/ veg options

Authentic Japanese sushi and ramen bar with wonderful staff. Menu offers a “Vegetable Sushi Set” which includes choice of eggplant or pickled radish, avocado or sweet potato, and cucumber. More vegan sushi options on menu. Unfortunately no veg ramen (though I thought I saw it at one point online)
