The best Indian food I’ve ever had

The fact that this app doesn’t allow me to rate a non fully vegan restaurant five stars does this eatery an injustice. This is hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. The smell when you walk in? Intoxicating. The prices? Reasonable. The vegan accommodations? Vast! This family owned eatery is not to be slept on.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Deep flavors, Reasonably priced

Go-to for Indian Food in the Area

Recommend picking up food or eating there. You’ll save like $20 if you don’t do delivery through 2DineIn. This is not Taj’s fault, obviously.

Delicious food with lots of vegan options. Even if you like things less spicy it’s great; they ask for your spice level.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Moderate pricing

Cons: Delivery charge is expensive

Good Indian Food

They are the only ones I know of that use coconut milk in place of light cream, all you have to do is ask. Some of their breads have egg / ghee so you have to ask which ones are Vegan friendly.

Staff is knowledgeable.

My favorite Indian restaurant in the area

I love Indian food and this restaurant offers a lot of vegan friendly meals and some that might not be vegan can be turned vegan.
love how spicy they can make the food! 😋

Taj - simply AMAZING

Items were not clearly marked as vegan, but once we asked, our waiter guided us through our selections. The food was delicious!

Delicious

Taj is a delicious indian restaurant: don't let the mall location fool you!

I have eaten here several times with friends: vegan and non. Everyone enjoys their meal here. Service is friendly. I love the marsala dosas (they don't always offer them: apparently is when the owner's mother is there to cook them. The sambar is yummy: i love the lentil patty (spongy and slightly tart) and lentil donut appetizesrs. Many dals and vegan veggie options to choose from.

Pros: parking!, yummy food, friendly service
