Waiter didn't know what vegan meant even though menu encouraged to ask about vegan options. Luckily there was a one suitable option in the menu: vegan sizzler. It was really tasty.

Well performing and very honesty all waiters staff.food was fabulous and service was excellent.we were there last week.we enjoyed a lot . Both waiters Madan and majid knowledgeable for vegan and many more suggestions so thank you so much.If anybody searching best place of pure indian desi food please I suggest that place.10/10 food and service.

One of the best Indian restaurant in Gran Canaria - Edit
We had very tasty and authentic Indian food here. Vegetable biryani and Chana masala for lunch. Good selection of vegan options, most of the vegetarian selection can be served vegan.

There are a few places on Happy Cow called the Taj Palace but this is the newest one (I think others have shut). It's located in the posh new Mogán Mall, which has a great ambience at night, including a fountain display.
Read moreI'd recommend the vegan Massala, which is basically torn tofu chunks in a rich sauce bit it tastes soooo good and probably was the only place within 10km that even had tofu on the menu!
We had loads to eat and could take away the leftovers.

Vegan options are not clearly marked on the menu but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the different possibilities, so they could advise what we could have.
Read moreThere was a good bunch of vegan main dishes to choose from which is great. We had pappadum as starter and then mushrooms badji and malai kofta. It took almost a full hour to get the food, even though we were the only first customers to order. Quite a bad surprise to see that the mushrooms were canned mushrooms. The sauce itself was tasteless. Malai kofta were better, but lacked flavour too, and we definitely ate better ones elsewhere.
