Average food but fantastic setting - Edit
The restaurant and bar is fabulous and well worth a visit just to be there, it’s very cool! There are a few vegan options on the menu and the staff were aware of what could be adapted. We had pad Thai and it was nice but nothing special.

ok curry, nice restaurant - Edit
curry was ok but they let me add tofu to it (which was a lot, luckily). Restaurant has a nice garden area to sit.

Thai food in terrace balcony - Edit
There are vegan modified options you can have here.
Read moreBut unfortunately there is no way to find out what from meny. You will need to ask waiter. I requested to have mango or papaija salad made vegan without honey and fish sauce. It was ok and still delicious. There was spring rolls with crispy tofu that was ok. But phad thai noodles made vegan didn't taste like anything. I had extra soy and was able to eat it after that. But I don't recommend order phad thai here since there's not ever hoi sin or any taste in it even it may look pretty. If you can have some curry with tofu &veggies go for that option.
Drinks were good. Decor is colorful, crazy, funky in a wooden house. I kinda like it. If place is really full. You may have to have patience, since servise might be slow. But the waiter was lovely. I don't remember last time my noodle dish would have been so untasty, so maybe it was just this time.
Pros: Crazy, funky, colorful decor, Papaija or mango salad, Drinks
Cons: Vegan option dishes are not marked in menu., Lack of taste in vegan phad thai

Good enough - Edit
Food was very tasty, about 6 vegetarian/vegan options.
Read morePrices from 13 to 16 euros, but portin sizes smaller than expected.
On my plate wok vegetables and rice. It was actually very good but no source of protein thought.
A plus was that staff knew the difference between vegan and vegetarian, many places don't!
Also, mocktails were amazing. Would come back for that.

Nothing special - Edit
I had high hopes, but wasn’t anything amazing. I ordered crispy tofu rolls and they were dry and bland. The menu is also a little bit pricy. Service was nice, but could have been more helpful with food recommendation. However, cocktails were nice.

Great place - Edit
Tai Boh does not have too many vegan / vegetarian options and unfortunately you don't find them on the main menu. But you can ask for the vegetarian menu. The service is exceptionally good and fast. The food was great, fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed it. And the place is stylish. Recommend!

Alright food and not great staff - Edit
I went there with my partner for dinner after reading that they had lots of vegan options. When we arrived, we were told there was only one vegan option and were left to decide if we wanted that single option or not... No help or further explanation. So we insisted and said we read online (here) that they had a vegetarian menu that was mostly vegan. The waiter looked confused/annoyed and we ended up having to wait for another waiter to come. Only then we were told that all the vegetarian items could be made vegan except veg tempura. So we went from 1 option to 7 or 8. But the reaction to us being vegan wasn't exactly welcomed very well in my opinion. It almost felt like we were bothering them. We ordered tofu rolls, which were good but not great, a red curry that was nice enough and some Pad Thai that honestly were not special at all. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially because there are so many great places for vegan food in Tallinn! Don't hesitate to give it a skip

Mixed feelings - Edit
When we arrived we were amazed by the atmosphere and the decoration, but when we told we were vegans we got disappointd. There was only one vegan main course and the waitress didn't offer to do any changes to the vegetarian dishes to make avegan version. The dish (grilled vegetable skewers) was very light and taste average, not bad but didn't fulfill te expectations that the atmosphere of the restaurant settled. However the mocktails we had in the beginning were perfect.

Friendly service and very aesthetically pleasing environment! - Edit
The service was very friendly and helpful regarding the vegan options. All of us enjoyed the foods, although the spiciness came as a surprise to our Finnish palates. The restaurant looked so cute and we wanted to take pictures of everything! Good prices, too.

good spot for bringing non-veg friends - Edit
I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt because my non-veg family members all loved their food. They just happened to be out of the miso tofu soup I wanted because I went there half an hour before closing. I had a different soup (not listed on vegetarian menu) which was really good anyway. Service was good, decor scheme was quite unusual (think Terry Gilliam-style art everywhere, including ceilings). I wouldn't go again, necessarily, but it was good for what I needed (quick bite to eat after getting into the city late). A bit pricey, main courses range from about 12-25€.

Super impressed - Edit
When I first went to Tai Boh I was expecting an overpriced menu and poor food quality because it's nearly impossible to find good Asian food in Estonia.
Read moreHow wrong I was! The food was excellent and authentic. The service is top notch (very un-Estonian) and the venue is super cool.
Of the multiple choices on the separate vegetarian menu only two are not vegan according to the waiter - fried rice and egg noodles in Pad Thai rolls. Fried rice can be made without egg.
I want to go back and spend the whole day there, lounging around and sipping cocktails.
The only downside is that the drinks and cocktails are really quite pricey by local standards.
Pros: Delicious Thai inspired food, Cool interior and ambiance , Good service
Cons: Pricey drinks, It's very popular - best make a reservation
