Great beand and chips + salsa

I got the bean tostado to go. The beans were really great! Ask for tomatoes and lettuce. The chips and salsa were some of the best I ever had.

Thank goodness for options

A non-chain restaurant with vegetarian & vegan options in the middle of Kansas? Sign me up! There's a section of the menu labeled "Vegetarian dinners", so if you're vegetarian like me, no substitutes needed. Took about 25 minutes for my to-go order to be ready.

Pros: Good value, Clearly labeled menu, Accessible from outside or in the mall

Best vegan options in town

Unless you want to settle for impossible or bean burgers, this is the place to visit. Don’t judge this place by it’s modest entrance. Food was tasty and the vegetarian menu section was fairly large. Omit cheese and sour cream and you have your vegan meal. I had the veggie fajitas and they were very good. The salsa is incredible and the staff very friendly.

Pros: Great service, Excellent salsa!

Cons: A bit basic on ingredients

Option Where There Are None

Not many options besides Burger King, Freddy's and Taco Bell in Dodge City. If you're looking for something local this is an option. I got the a la carte bean tostada (request no cheese no sour cream) and the "vegetarian burrito" (request no cheese no sour cream). You can get a side of guacamole but it's all creamy and much better to just add it to your burrito instead. Their salsa is amazing. Some of the best I've ever had. Very unique - people literally buy it by the gallon. You can also grab some sliced radishes from the condiments cart in the middle.
