Excellent place for Mexican - Edit
This place is great, it’s like chipotle but better. You choose your fillings and they if you want, taco, burritos, salad, nachos etc. they have several choices of vegan fillings and vegan cheese, sauces. They have a separate section on the menu to make vegan entrees. We tried the Beyond tacorizo, the corn and poblano filling and the roasted Brussels sprouts. All were good. Bonus, they have like a hundred types of hot sauces to choose.

Great vegan options - Edit
Vegan options are plenty and they don't feel less important than the non-vegan options.

A surprisingly delightful vegan meal - Edit
Honestly, this is one of those places where no matter what your dietary preference is, you can eat here. They also offer an entirely vegan menu which is awesome.
Read moreI really love that they have vegan chorizo as an option; it's such a nice change from regular old beans (although I do love beans). Their Brussels sprouts are weirdly addictive, and the deep-fried "golden" avocado is absurd. I mean come on, it's a deep-fried avocado like...what's not to like (I mean your cardiologist might be a little concerned but I'm 100% sure that deep frying the good kind of fat kind of cancels out all the bad kind of fat right?)
Pros: Many tasty veg options, Affordable , cool vibes
Cons: portions can vary, deff depends on who's working

Great Mission Style Burrito - Edit
Ordered the vegan burrito with the Brussels Sprouts, Rajas and Golden Avocado proteins. Damn good! Super fresh. Be sure and get some salsa for it from the salsa bar area.

The best Mexican food in town - Edit
Tacoria really is something special. Their menu is super simple, with just a few options made up of customizable ingredients. But when your food is as tasty as this, a few options is all you need. Definitely go with the brussel sprouts when ordering vegan. They will straight up change your life. Additionally, their housemade hot sauces are BOMB. I go with the habanero one, but they’re all tasty.

Get the Brussels! - Edit
Holy heck the Brussels sprouts were out of this world. Great option when with omni friends. Flip the menu over for their vegan options. Husband had the fried avocado and loved it too. Highly recommend!

Go to when in Princeton! - Edit
Delicious Mexican food. Be sure to specify vegan when ordering. The restaurant plays music quite loud, so beware of that also can be extremely crowded at times & it can be nearly impossible to find a seat.

Vegan options! - Edit
3 vegan protein options. The charred brussel sprouts were excellent. The rajas (corn and peppers) was just ok. I didn't try the fried avocado, next time definitely! The sauce on the tacos was excellent, plus, there is a hot sauce bar, so you can make it as spicy as you want.

Pros: Labeled vegan options
Cons: Expensive for the small portion, Hard to find a table

Those are not protein options, ha. "Main fillings" maybe - I know tacoria uses the term incorrectly.

Love this place! - Edit
My non-vegan boyfriend and I both love this place. I get the tacos with brussel sprouts. They are amazing. Everything is clearly labeled as vegan. There are multiple options for vegans, not just one or two. I highly recommend this place.

Good tacos - Edit
Although not entirely vegan/veg, there were many items that were clearly marked as vegan and/or vegetarian. Back side of two sided menu was all vegan options. I had the rajas (corn and poblano peppers) taco and the golden avocado taco, as well as the corn on the cob. All very good.

Brussels sprouts! - Edit
The only thing I've ever ordered here is the vegan Brussels sprouts burrito box, because it's so outrageously delicious I can't even consider trying other options.

The agua fresca is also SUPER tasty!
It can be hard to find seating, depending on when you go -- but when school's not in session, parking and seating are much easier to come by in Princeton.

Cons: hard to park in Princeton, can be difficult to find seating

Tasty eats (BYOB) - Edit
Had a great vegan dinner at Tacoria! They have an entire vegan section of the menu - just let the cashier know you’re ordering all vegan stuff and they’ll get it right. We had the Mexican street corn with vegan aioli, nachos with rojas and guac, and the burrito box with the Brussels sprouts and guac. The Brussels sprouts were incredible and we’ll be trying the golden (fried) avocado next time. Total with tip was under $30, a very reasonable meal for two. Salsa bar is 10/10 with four options, but bring your own utensils since they provide plastic ones. Bonus points for the music, any place that plays A Milli and HYFR is likely a respectable dining establishment. Almost perfect, go full vegan Tacoria!

Cool Place with Vegan Options - Edit
Randomly tried this place before going out for the night. I ordered the corn on the cob, made vegan with no cheese. It was seasoned and amazing. My friends ordered the loaded nachos and also ordered it vegan with no cheese. They don’t have vegan “cheeses” which is fine because I don’t eat it anyway. We all loved our meal, which was super affordable. I think my corn was like $2.50 or something... lol Also the atmosphere is super cool. Opened pretty late and has artwork which makes it pretty hip. The employees are understanding and will check if anything can be made truly vegan.
