Super interesting vegan options - Edit
Although some options have seitan, this is not a predictable soy chorizo place. One of my favorite choices is the brussel sprouts burrito or taco. Huge servings, enough for a second meal.

I love tacoria. It’s a casual, small place with a separate vegan menu (golden avocado, brussel sprouts, loaded veggies, and new beyond chorizo).
