Wow?

That pizza was really awesome, but soo expensive! Like, pizza shouldn't be that expensive!

Also, the violife cheese they use isn't the best vegan pizza cheese out there, and leaves a slightly plasticy aftertaste. They could really up their game using Miyoko's liquid mozz as their cheeze.

The menu suggests that a single pizza could feed 3-4 people. Maybe that's true of 3-4 hipsters, but not of a vegan construction worker. That's a one human pie.

Best pizza alive

The crust is amazing. Prior to having this pizza, I was a thin crust pizza person. This is a fermented, crispy, Sicilian-style thick pizza crust that is out of this world, crazy-good. The sauce is perfect, they use daiya cheese for the vegan version, and will put whatever vegetable toppings you want on it (if they don't have it, they'll get it for next time). They only have one style of square pizza but it's the best pizza I've ever had.

They are currently operating out of The Gourmet Niche, a commissary kitchen used by other businesses as well, and are take-out only on Thursday and Friday at this time. So look for Gourmet Niche sign when you come to pick up your pizza.
