Love the venue and that you/your table can order from several different menus so everyone is happy. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. First trip, I tried the tofu-fishless and it was amazing, also, the sweet taco was full of flavor. On the second trip, my friend and I split two brunch dishes, the chilaquiles with extra protein of frittata de garbanzo and 3 leches waffle with strawberry lemonade and everything was delicious.

This place has delicious plant-based food. The spirulina guacomole is to die for! I make my guacamole with spirulina, thinking it would probably be odd or unusual for other people to eat guacamole with algae. So it made me feel at home to see they had a similar recipe.
Read moreThe second best thing I tried on the menu was the gourmet tacos. I tried all of them. They were all delicious. What I love the most about their tacos is the tortilla. I suspect they make the tortillas in-house using all kinds of yummy corn varieties. I also had a couple of their salads and one of their burgers. They were good, but not at the level of the guac or the tacos.
It's pretty hard to find good food in Querétaro. Finding good plant-based food can be even more difficult. This place has it down in terms of food. All that said, the attitude in the service needs improvement, in my opinion. Tacogreen is located in a food-court type of concept where it's a food-court, but they still serve you at the table.
I don't know if the waitress lady is introverted, shy, unhappy to work there, or she didn't like me. She'll be extremely short in conversation. Drop the food on the table as quickly as she could and ran back to the kitchen. Since it's a food court and she's not coming back to ask you if everything is OK. If you need something else, you must go to the kitchen and find her.
I still put a five star since the food is so good. I hope they improve the service to make it more friendly and smooth.

Pros: they don't cut corners with the food, home made tortillas, they use spirulina, they have good kombucha
Cons: unfriendly, cold service, the metallic chairs are inconfortable and cold, food court atmosphere with bad and loud music

I ordered: mole taco, tostada ceviche of lentils, quinoa wrap, garlic potatoes, taro ice cream, banana bread, and a green juice with spirulina.
Read moreEverything was really yummy! The garlic potatoes could be a bit more crunchy for my taste, but everything was deli. The place is really nice and colorful.
I also like the fact that it's a plaza with different restaurants so if you go with non-vegans, they can choose from any of the other options and they bring all of the food to the table you seat in.
Tables are outdoors so it's really nice if the weather is nice, we caught a little bit of rain but many tables have umbrellas so it actually was very nice, relaxing meal.
Definitely will come back! 🌱🤍

My wife and I love this place so much we order takeout almost every week. We're stuck on the tacos and haven't even explored the entire menu yet. We've shared this place with several friends, many of whom aren't even vegetarians, and everyone enjoyed it. The tacos fillings are unique creations, very creative and complex.
