Food is good, but… - Edit
The tacos and burritos that are vegan are tasty. Yam taco was the most flavorful. Maybe I’m spoiled for tacos, but I didn’t really get the hype. We placed an order online an hour before we got there and still had to wait 15m…if you’re looking for tasty vegan food, Tofino has better options

The super veg burrito with vegan Mayo was really tasty - but we waited one hour to get our food - at around 4 p.m. wegen you don't expect people to have lunch - but maybe they waited for even more hours since lunchtime...

Not worth the wait - Edit
The super vegan tasted OK, but wasn't mixed well. My first 3 bites were just raw cabbage. Didn't get to the rice until half way. More importantly, I waited over an hour. Maybe they need to prep more in advance? And I was given a 20 min wait estimate.

Really delicious food, served from a food truck, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to eat. Still worth it in my opinion!

Worth the hype! - Edit
Came here after receiving so many recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the vegan taco and a side of rice and beans (make sure to order without cheese). Especially the beans were amazing! Will come back for sure!

Good tacos and pretty big. Generous amount of guac in the tacos. Pretty expensive though and only one vegan taco and one vegan burrito option.

There is only one vegan option which is disappointing, but the burrito itself is delicious! Wait time is way too long though. Easily waiting at least an hour for a burrito. The Freshies (slushy drink) are pricy but super tasty!

This place use to be much better. The burritos use to be big. Quality has since gone down but price gone up. Still worth a visit when there is no line.

While it's the only vegan option on the menu, it was a really great one. Didn't have to wait as it was a drizzly day and the food was really delicious. Full of veggies, salsa, beans and rice.

I am a huge fan of Tacofino's victoria location. This one had no yam which is my favorite part of the Tacofino vegan burrito but unfortunately I didn't even get the vegan burrito, I got home and opened it up and they served me a chicken burrito. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I took a bite of meat. Really upsetting and ruined my night.

The Hype - Edit
They had one vegan burrito option which was pretty much a black bean burrito. It was tasty and good size, however nothing extraordinary for a vegan burrito. The hype is huge so get ready to line up.

There’s a couple vegetarian options but only 1 vegan option but it’s pretty darn good. Rated 4 only because it’d be great if there were more options. Note: Kimchi isn’t vegan.

Decent burrito. - Edit
Decent vegan burrito with great shells and guacamole. Super heavy on the cabbage. At least a half full of cabbage. I think $11.50 plus tip for this burrito is steep but there’s not many other options in Tofino so I’ll take what I can get.

Read moreAnd now for the mature and serious adult like review:- I got here before opening time to try and beat the warned ques... there was still a que! The que wasn't huge in front though only 7 or so orders in front of me and eventually lots behind me. I had the vegan burrito and it was delicious, the guac is amazing and beans have a nice kick, lots of lettuce is a bonus!
Now back to the plain honest easy explanation of this place:- yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum yum............ YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!
