Great fresh food, a regular place for us - Edit
This is a chipotle-style Mexican restaurant where you order at the counter and can customize burritos and tacos. Lots of vegetable options, and vegan beans and rice. The chips and guac are fantastic! Everything is freshly made and is delicious. We eat here pretty much every week, and even when we make tacos at home, one of us will run out for chips and guac from Taco Maya to go with it.

Spicy but cravey tomato salsa - Edit
I ordered the veggie burrito and my companion got the veggie tacos. We are not very used to spicy foods so I would not order the roasted jalapeno as an add-on as I did. But we kept going for the tomato salsa and I am saving the extra tubs of it for a snack later.
Read moreMy favorite aspect of the whole experience is that the staff was able to take my order over the phone and brought the take-out to me outside. We are still avoiding indoor dining and it was kind of them to accommodate us without any questions. We ate out front where there was plenty of outdoor seating.
We spent about $20 for two people to be stuffed like tightly packed, spicy burritos.

Great locally owned taco spot - Edit
Always tasty. Plenty of veg options, tacos, burritos, chips, salsa, guac. Grilled veggies with rice and beans, plenty of other add-in to make for nice full tacos or a burrito. The grilled jalapeños are a must. Usually have a self serve salsa bar, closed since Covid though. Most likely all gmo/inorganic ingredients.
