Serves meat, vegan options available. Small chain of Tex-Mex food restaurants based in the South. Menu offers build-your-own tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. The tortillas, black beans, tofu, chips and salad are vegan. Corn, guacamole, and other beans are not. The "treehugger" burrito can be vegan if replacing guacamole with just avocado. Other items possibly can be customized - ask.

Marinated tofu

They have marinated tofu and it was good! I created my own tacos with beans, cilantro, pickled jalapeños and a couple of other fixings. I had my mind set on the guacamole, but they have sour cream as an ingredient in their guacamole. I have never heard of that. I had to omit the side of guacamole for that reason.

Cons: Sour cream in guacamole

Taking back my good review

Edit: I had a friend who worked there who told me that the rice and beans are vegan. But a vegan friend called them and they put honey in the rice and some items are cooked in meat broth. Just avoid the place😒This would be way easier if they had a nutritional menu and we didn’t have to rely on employees with varying knowledge.

Original post: My favorite tofu but disappointed the quacamole isn’t vegan. The best order is a tree hugger burrito (no quacamole and replace with avacado) then add tofu.

Not Bad

The burrito bowl with veggies and beans was quite good, but BEWARE that the guacamole has sour cream in it. I finally got my order fixed with fresh avocado instead.

Pros: Good food, Inexpensive , Fast
