Excellent vegan food - Edit
They have a vegan filling based on roasted butternut squash and black beans and it is very, very good. Can go in burrito, bowl, soft taco, etc. We had it in a "burrito bowl" and it was sensational, also asked them to add pickled jalapenos. Also, their salsa trio appetizer is fantastic, have had it many times. It consists of 3 different kinds of home-made salsa (a green, a mango pico, and a regular red pico) with the chips. Really great place to eat. Fun, cool and funky vibe. Have had that vegan filling in a burrito on other trips here and it's also very good.

Easy to remove cheese and make multiple dishes vegan.Tasty. - Edit
It was easy to order tacos and salads without queso making them vegan. I was pleased to find two different taco fillings that were vegan. And the flavors were fantastic. I’ll be back.
