Love All The Vegan Choices - Edit
Great food truck food! Sometimes the vegan “sour cream” topping can be a little overwhelming but if you go easy on it it really does bring out great flavor combos. My favorite is the Mexi corn! The rice and beans are great. Vegan meats are available but I prefer it without.

I love Taco Bros and am saddened when it comes time for them to close. You can get vegan meat alternatives, or my fav, a veggie taco (beans, rice, corn, guac, pico, lettuce, vegan cheese and vegan chipotle mayo-SO GOOD). The mexi corn can be made vegan as well-just ask. They won't put on the dairy cheese, and use a vegan chipotle mayo.

OK for vegetarians and vegans - Edit
Taco Brothers offers some vegetarian and vegan tacos. The food was fine and adequate. Not a bad option.
