Fine place but only a few options in hand - Edit
I can confirm that the jan '24 review is still accurate. Of the 3 total vegan taco fillings on their menu, they one had 1 available. The avocado taco was taken off of the menu some time ago, which stinks. The server did say that they were bringing it back though. Maybe on the next review we'll hear good news. If they had all 3 vegan taco options available id have given it 4 stars. Service was slower than last year when we visited. We got the jackfruit tacos, which were good. The server also asked the chef if the rice was vegan and he said yes.

Menu changed. - Edit
The menu must have changed, because none of the items that people are mentioning are on their menu. They don’t have tofu, they have substitute meat, mushroom, or jackfruit protein options (they were out of the meat substitute when I went). The RICE IS NOT VEGAN. has butter and mayo in it. All of the tacos contain something not vegan, so you would have to modify greatly. The only things that are vegan are pretty much black beans and plain veggies. I got peppers and onions which were cold and basically raw. Disappointed.

Great vegan options - Edit
Very knowledgeable on vegan options. Had the chips, guacamole and salsa to start. Almost any taco can be made vegan by subbing tofu, every taco we ordered was delicious. Had the Kimchi Tofu, Firecracker Tofu and Tempura Avocado. Each taco was bursting with flavors.

Tasty Tacos - Edit
We stopped by after a 3 mile bike ride, ate some good vegan tacos and spectacular rice, then bikes another 3 miles. My favorite was the tempura avocado taco followed by the kimchi tofu taco. The tofu is lovely and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu.

Had the Veggie fajitas which are onions, peppers, corn salsa and mushrooms. So delicious! Their guacamole is also really good! Drink selection is also on point.

I ordered the burrito and asked the staff to confirm it is vegan as it comes. They have a few other vegan options and the staff is able to answer any questions. Awesome spot!

Good food/long wait - Edit
I came here on a Friday night around 8pm. Without reservations the wait time was an hour and 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes for us to be text that our table was ready. Once we sat down it took a half an hour to get our drinks and chips and guac. They apparently ran out of chips and the manager came out and apologized and mentioned they were short staffed at the moment. The food was good, but anything probably would have tasted good with my hunger level. I understand restaurants can have off nights so I’ll definitely give them another go in the future.
