Filling vegan breakfast - Edit
We stopped here to have breakfast before exploring the local area. Breakfast was tasty and set us up for a day of walking. It was a unique atmosphere too, as they’ve kept the original Victorian layout of the shop.

Pretty place, unimpressive options - Edit
This a lovely converted Victorian pharmacy, with all the old shop furniture there. Dogs are welcomed by the humans, though not by their dogs (in a crate at the back).
Read moreHowever there was nothing on the menu saying they could do an all day vegan breakfast, I just knew to ask thanks to Happy Cow. The sausages were the mashed potato and veg kind, so just carbs not protein. The breakfast uninspiring but large.

Vegan friendly - Edit
When we asked about vegan lunch options, staff were very friendly and clear. Any (all day) breakfast can be vegan - that’s what we had - plus other things can be adapted. Soup was vegan - and with vegan butter - and three vegan flapjacks.

Pleasantly surprised! - Edit
Passed through Dolgellau recently and we were in need of a coffee, this place popped up on HC and we were so impressed! The cafe itself is really cute and quirky, they had oat milk and other plant milks, as well as Vitalite spread (I asked for a round of toast) along with a few vegan cake selections.
Read moreThe staff were very friendly, Welsh speaking which is always nice, but the place is very dog friendly! One barista in particular made a big fuss of ours, was very friendly and helpful with the vegan options available.
Pros: Oat milk, Vegan cakes and spreads, Dog friendly

Helpful staff and good service - Edit
As a vegan I simply asked what was available and they suggested a vegan breakfast plate (for lunch). It was rather good and came with toast and vegan spread. They also provided soya milk for my tea without me asking.
