Awesome for kids and adults!

My husband took me here for a lunch date and I was really pleasantly surprised. There are clear labels marking vegan and vegetarian options. There were three vegan soup options, and they had baked sweet and white potatoes. We tend to stay away from desserts anyway, so the lack of vegan desserts didn’t bother us. I found the labels, the colors, and the options very visually appealing. I would definitely bring kids here for teachable moments on how to pick food for themselves and why certain foods are off limits. There were a ton of children when we went and it made the place feel very exciting. It could make vegetables fun for kids who have had trouble transitioning or who tend toward pickiness.

My only complaint is that the soup was waaaaay too hot and I actually burned my tongue and roof of my mouth and I had a blister for three days that made eating painful. The staff brought cold water and were very sweet, though. I would just caution soup-eaters to be mindful. I think I was just too eager for soup (I’m a big soup lover!)

Overall, it was nice to add a plant-based option to our rotation. It is just a giant salad bar, but sometimes it’s nice and nostalgic to be able to make your own salad that isn’t in an at-home kitchen environment! I doubt they are using organic produce, so some vegans won’t touch it, but for us, it was a nice change of pace.

Pros: Vegan labels, Many plant based options, Inexpensive

There are some vegan options but in 2019 I hoped for more

This is a great place for a vegetarian! A long salad bar with lots of veggie options, several pastas, cheese breads, baked potatoes and soups. Vegan options are much more limited. There was only one soup option (black bean chili), two salad dressings (fat free Italian and French). I was pleasantly surprised they had the vegan butter for the baked potatoes. No pasta or dessert selections at all :(

Pros: Great for vegetarians , Extensive veg options on salad bar

Cons: Limited vegan offerings

Excellent place if you like salads!

The vegan-friendliness of this restaurant varies depending on the menu, which changes monthly. The salad bar has a great selection of toppings, although most other menu items are not vegan-friendly. Some months will have a couple vegan soups and premade salad bar items, while other months will not have any. They have a good number of vegetarian options. Vegan and vegetarian items are conveniently labeled. Not many vegan salad dressing options, although there are always a couple vinegar options at least. A downside is that there is a grill at the end of the salad bar, although if you sit far enough away the smell of flesh doesn't reach you.

They are accommodating and will let customers bring animal companions into the enclosed patio area.
