Amazing smells right when you walk in. Its so hard to choose there are so many amazing baked food to choose from! Morning is best time to go in cauae thays when they are fully stocked with all sorts of goodies. I love the classic glazed donuts. A mist stop for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Holiday hours update failure - Edit
Do you know what it's like to drive 20 minutes to a place because you think they keep their hours updated, but when you get there you realize they don't. Yeah, it sucks. I give myself 2 stars for not calling ahead. Now i have to wait till next year b4 i get to try these yummy treats for the first time and I'm not happy about it.

I’ve been staying in Jacksonville for a conference for a week, and came across this on my last day. You step into the shop and are taken back to childhood with the smells of vanilla, sugar, and baking bread. Everything in there is vegan, and they even have gluten free options. I got a pumpkin cinnamon roll, and it was divine. The moisture level was perfect, with just the right amount of cinnamon and a pumpkin spice glaze. They also have donuts, cupcakes, muffins, and even coffee! Would recommend!

I love finding an all vegan place, especially if it’s a bakery!! So so tasty and not heavy like some vegan bakeries. Tried the coconut cake, a sweet potato cupcake, chocolate cupcake, and a pumpkin cinnamon roll. Oh and the egg creme chocolate drink that I had never tried in my life. I’m glad I don’t live near by or you would eventually need to roll me out the door lol

Staff is always friendly. They work as quickly as possible. No dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, and gluten free desserts are available. There are a few tables inside and out in this cozy spot. These are the BEST donuts and cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life.

GET THE BISCUIT SANDWICH! We got an assortment of donuts and brownies to try. The salted caramel brownie bites are out of this world. Their biscuit sandwiches are best though. We got the throwdown on the everything biscuit, it was amazing. If you don’t get there early be prepared to wait. The doughnuts are ok nothing special and considering the price they’re skippable.

Every time I visit Jax I have to make at least one stop here. Their baked goods are fantastic but my favorites are the biscuit sandwiches-don't miss out! The Throw Down is a white bean sausage patty with coconut bacon, Daisy shreds, and sriracha on a biscuit. How they make such amazing vegan biscuits is a mystery I have yet to solve, but I'm really glad they have. I'm also a big fan of the brownie bites, which are a bargain at $1.50 each. Actually all their food is pretty fairly priced. The atmosphere is great and the servers are friendly and helpful. When I was there yesterday the girl at the counter was talking to a customer who is a new vegan and listing all the places she could find vegan food in Jacksonville. The vegan community is awesome and I'm so glad Sweet Theory is a part of it.

I've had a lot of vegan baked goods from all over the US and I have to say Sweet Theories are by far my favorite. Everything is so so moist and flavorful it totally blew me away. I ordered several doughnuts and a slice of the carrot cake loaf. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Sweet Theory Baking Co. is a small establishment on King St. that is serving up100% vegan doughnuts, cookies, cupcakes, ice cream and some savory options. I ordered the salted caramel cupcake to-go and although it got a little squashed in the box...it tasted fantastic. The cake was so rich and the icing was super sweet and drizzled with an awesome caramel sauce. I highly recommend this vegan bakery!

What a place! So let me start, I am not into bacon, but the Throwdown biscuit with bean patty, Daiya cheese, bacon and Siracha sauce is kick$&s! Add on top of that cupcakes and donuts, all vegan, just leaves me drooling and seven wanting more! Have yet to make it in after 11 (ok, so we are morning people), but sometime am going to have to see if the chickpea patty lives up to the rest of the delights here. Well done!!
