Lunch was good, baked items mediocre - Edit
We both loved our vegan veggie loaf salads, flavor was very good. We also got three baked items, a chocolate cookie(looked great-good flavor, but too crunchy), a gluten free vegan s’more bar(we really didn’t like the crust) and a fruit and oat bar. Sadly the baked items were mediocre.

Pros: Veggie loaf is deicious, Have gluten free and vegan options
Cons: Bakery items looked better than they tasted

Tiny but amazing - A hidden gem! - Edit
While traveling in the area we had to find a place that was veg-friendly and could accommodate a picky 9-year-old and two adults with dietary issues. We all end up satisfied and happy! My husband and I shared their lentil loaf, my daughter had the samosas. Everything was delicious! Staff was very helpful and patient with us.

Great hidden little spot - Edit
Was traveling thru town and found this hidden little gem on Happy Cow app. Not a lot of vegan options, but the ones they have are good. (Apparently) they have a changing vegan option every day. I had the BBQ Bean Loaf sandwich with veggies on sourdough bread. The loaf was tasty, would love to be able to recreate it for eating at home. The staff were nice to deal with.

Secret Garden - Edit
This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the block between Maple and Laurel Streets and Bay and 1st streets. Tried two excellent vegan cookies, my favorite being lemon poppy seed. Paired the dessert with almond mylk cappuccino and enjoyed the casual quiet ambiance of the place. Can't wait to come back for lunch and try their bbq veggie loaf sandwich. So nice to have quality vegan choices and this place delivers.
