The atmosphere is super fitting for the branding and cute, and the ice cream is top-notch. It is pricy, but good quality and I never have a bad experience here. I've tried all sorts of featured flavas and none miss!

Vegan oat milk ice cream with awesome weekly flavors - Edit
I've been to Sweet EMOtion SGF several times now and tend to enjoy their weekly flavors the best. A few of my favorites were the pineapple upside-down cake, spiced cake, and pistachio (served on St. Patty's Day), but every weekly flavor I have tried has been superb. I like to get a pint to take home since these flavors aren't available all the time, but I got a cone last time I went, and it was a fun alternative. The regular soft-serve options are pretty good too, but I find they don't have as much deep flavor and tend to be more sugary tasting than rich compared to the weekly special flavors. Be sure to check that any toppings you order are vegan. Some may contain gelatin (candy corn) and/or honey (candy corn pumpkins) or dairy (caramel or some of the cheesecake options). Most menu items can be adjusted to be vegan, and the staff are generally knowledgeable and helpful about the options.
