Creepy owner, do not make their own treats - Edit
I have been here twice, both times no one was in there except me and the owner. The first time he asked for my number and offered to show me around because I was new in town. 15 years my senior, no thanks. Came a second time hoping he wouldn't be there and of course he was. He didn't ask for my number this time but looked me up and down multiple times, and felt like he was chatting me up to delay me leaving. Made me uncomfortable enough that I will never go back. There are also tons of negative reviews on Google and Reddit thread about this and how he berates employees in front of customers and that they don't even make their own treats, he buys them from Costco and Haggen. Probably not even vegan, just markets them that way. Please don't support this man. Look up reviews and see for yourself. He will respond to reviews with "you don't know the whole story." Ick.

Great Fairhaven location for vegan sweet options - Edit
This place feels like an old timey ice cream parlor when you walk in with cute decorations. They offer cake decorating and baking classes in addition to baked goods/confections. The owners are very into providing vegan options. Order ahead for vegan peanut butter chocolate pie or carrot cake for your special occasion.

Best Vegan Desserts in Bellingham! - Edit
Sweet Bellingham has the most incredible vegan desserts in all of Bellingham, hands down! This bakery/cafe sells vegan desserts by the slice as well as custom orders of vegan cakes and pies as well. Our favorite vegan individual slices are the chocolate peanut butter pie and carrot cake muffins. Over the past few years my family has custom ordered over 8 vegan carrot cakes and 2 vegan chocolate peanut butter pies for birthdays, holiday gatherings and special occasion celebrations. The custom cakes and pies always come out delicious and absolutely beautiful! The owner Nancy and her staff are very friendly, kind and always eager to please. They take great pride in their baking and customer service. Sweet Bellingham is planning on increasing their vegan options in the near future. Yay for more vegan offerings!!!
