Outstanding service! - Edit
I stayed at the Wynn because I was tired of starving every year at my conference's hotel. I made a reservation at the Steakhouse for just me knowing that the single person is usually neglected at nicer restaurants but I was wrong. Best service! I sat down and my waiter greeted me and he handed me a menu and was about to go over the specials. I interrupted him to save him the effort and let him know I was vegan. He didn't miss a beat. He took my menu and said "oh you won't be needing this, I will be right back with your menu!" No smugness. No disdain for a vegan at a Steakhouse.
Read moreHe came back quickly and went over the menu. I ordered and then soneone else came over with bread/butter. My waiter intercepted him and politely said "don't give her thst, she's vegan". The server quickly came back with vegan bread and butter and was very nice.
I'm not going to lie, the vegan options were limited and a bit uninspired but still tasty. Portion size was good too.
Pros: The service was amazing, Vegan menu

No Vegan Menu - Edit
I ate at SW in the Wynn today based on reviews that mentioned a vegan menu even a vegan tasting option. Upon arrival tonight they not only didn’t have a vegan menu the only thing they could offer me was an expensive salad that was 98% plain lettuce mixed with mustard and some overpriced mashed potatoes or french fries. Our bill for 2 people was $150. I couldn’t even finish the salad because how much plain lettuce can you eat. I left hungry. Not recommended.

Cons: No vegan menu, No good vegan options

My meal was very good. - Edit
My meal was great. I had the vegan pasta with ragout Impossible meat, the creamed corn and the whipped potatoes whipped with vegan sour cream. The vegan menu had several items.

Huge surprise. - Edit
Excellent food. Amazing service. Beautiful location beside a massive fountain. They are very attentive to vegan or vegetarian diets with a dedicated menu and additional selection off the main menu. Pricey but worth it for a special night out.

5* service and experience - Edit
We had a great evening here with amazing service and a beautiful view of the water show and lights. The vegan spring onion and potato soup starter was sensational and I went for the meatballs for main. The meatballs were a little disappointing and I wish I had gone for a veg based course instead but this is down to the meatballs themselves.

Great vegan + gluten free options - Edit
There is a vegan menu and some of those items are gluten free. I had the arugula and butternut squash salad, the mushroom and eggplant caponata dish and mashed potatoes. I also had the sorbet for dessert. The flavors are coconut, guava and passionfruit. It is a very pricey restaurant but the food was good!

vegan options - Edit
Like all the restaurants at the Wynn they have vegan options. I tried the butternut squash soup, “ricotta” ravioli and the truffles creamed corn. All were pretty good but nothing spectacular. Better than other options at other hotels in Vegas but I think lakeside and Jardin were a bit better.
