The crispy eggplant is a chefs kiss - Edit
The staff here are really quick to help with dietary options, and even marked out for me those that were both vegan and gluten free (they have separate menus). We had the smashed cucumber, crispy eggplant and the mixed greens and it was delicious. The eggplant was incredibly crispy and perfectly soft inside.

Separate vegan menu and a long list of cocktails...what's not to love? I had the tofu pad thai which was very fresh and tasty. Good place to visit with non-vegans as well as there is something for everyone.

Dedicated vegan menu. Lots of choices and what we had was just delicious! Will absolutely be back next time we are in Hobart. Kitchen is open all afternoon from 12 so also great if you are looking for food outside of the usual lunch/dinner time slots.

Came here for Xmas lunch with my omni family and got the lotus banquet ($59pp). The cuisine would be called Asian fusion I think, and all the dishes were really nice - red curry, tempura eggplant, spring rolls, dumplings, etc. They have a seperate vegan and gluten free menu (each about half the size of the omni menu) with a range of different sizes dishes. Staff were very happy to put our leftovers into takeaway containers for us too.
