Authentic vegan sushi that definitely want to eat

I was able to enjoy my special vegan sushi. The inside of the restaurant was comfortable and very clean, and I was able to enjoy conversation with the sushi chef at the counter. The chef has not only sushi know-how but also vegan knowledge. I would like to visit again when I come to Kagoshima.
