Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi restaurant chain but with various vegetable rolls (avocado, asparagus, ume q, tomato, inari, natto, etc.), nigirl (longbean tempura, asparagus tempura, etc.), and ships (okra, seaweed salad, tangi kinoko, etc.), and sides (edamame, veg gyoza, sweet potato croquette, spring rolls, etc.). Note the vegetarian roll contains fish and fish roe. Will provide allergen menu upon request. For dessert there's sorbet. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-9:00pm.

Fine for vegos, not for vegans - Edit
There is a vegetarian section of the menu that says "not vegan, please ask staff for recommendations". Only the sushi items are vegetarian. I was told the tempura and gyoza contain egg, despite the Sushi Train website indicating that they don't have egg. You and your wallet are better off buying some sushi from Woolworths or Sushi Hub.
