Affordable, convenient, fresh sushi - Edit
Located next to the Tensuke Market on Henderson, Sushi Ten is a great vegan sushi take-out option. They do have a good variety of vegan options. They are simple, nothing fancy, but they're good and very well priced. You can place your order and wonder around the market. We had a pretty large order, and it was ready in about 15 minutes, so wait time isn't bad at all.

Have been going here for years even before going WFPB. The take out options for veg and WFPB individuals is great. Reasonable prices as well.

Prices were great. Attached store we were able to purchase vegetarian misogyny soup and peanut dressing. They carry edamame, kampyo (squash my fav) rolls, sour plum & cucumber roll, avocado roll, vegetable roll, and pocketed radish. They also have tofu wraps in place of seaweed if you want it. And the rice fill Inari (tofu pouch). Nice customer service. All vegan items on menu so you don't need to special order.
