Vegan ramen!!!! - Edit
The vegan ramen was delicious, I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town to try some of their other options. Great spot as well, lots of seating inside and outside (with heaters)

Sushi Soldier/Eightgrains (same premises, same counter but two names?) has a full separate vegan menu including ramen! It comes with sweet bean curd, tempura, seaweed and is delicious. I also tried the dumplings, which were also delicious. I totally overordered, but they let me take the leftovers home for lunch the next day.
