A future Michelin-awarded Sushi restaurant - Edit
Loved the plant-based sushi and ramen lunch! They are made from locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere is traditionally Japanese, and the hospitality is warm and kind.

A professional sushi chef will make sushi right in front of you using delicious Japanese vegetables. Furthermore, the vegan ramen made by the master was also exquisite. This sushi restaurant has a good understanding of veganism, so I was able to eat there with peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone going to Fukuoka.
