Special dinner!!

We came last month and loved the experience, it’s not something I could do too often simply because of how pricey it is.
That being said everything was worth the money.

Our waiter handed us a vegan menu and was able to suggest some dishes. We ordered Edamame, and Plantain chips to start, Avocado Maki, steamed rice, Broccoli, and the mushroom Tobanyaki. We also had lychee coladas.

Views were stunning but we came in the day. I believe the atmosphere is very different in the evenings.

Pros: Vegan menu with a good range of options , Not just typical sushi dishes , Internal decor and the overall vibe

Cons: Can be quiet expensive

Unique experience

The resturant was gorgeous and the view of the 39th floor was amazing. Service was good and the food as well. Only complaint was that the mushroom dish lacked salt

Pros: Seperate vegan menu, Amazing destination, Good service

Cons: The food is okey not amazing

Good sushi, great view, amazing atmosphere!

Went to have dinner with a friend and Sushi Samba is really nice, the sushi was good and we had a blast hitting the bar with an awesome view of London after our dinner.

Unique experience

We had a great time at sushi samba celebrating my brother’s graduation. It’s expensive and you definitely need to book but the food is so delicious and so are the drinks. The atmosphere is one of a kind. Would recommend for a special occasion!

Pros: Lovely options, Unique atmosphere

Cons: Expensive , Must book

Only reason to go is for the view

Had dinner here one evening. All in all not a terrible experience but also not great. If they would be fully vegan I would have rated them 3 stars, deducting one star for not being vegan.

The only thing this restaurant has going for itself is the view and even that’s not so great as it’s facing North London which is not that interesting.

Service was poor. We asked multiple times for the sommelier to come by to recommend a sake (the waiter didn’t know anything about sake). Until the sommelier came by and the sake was served we were being served our main course…

Food was ok for a non-vegan restaurant, but nothing memorable. Had a vegan sushi set (unimpressive), padron peppers and edamame (good but really hard to get these wrong), plantain curry (ok, but the rice was heavily overboiled), and the mushroom main dish (we liked this one). The plantain curry is quite large and in hindsight probably good for sharing.

5 stars only allowed for full vegan restaurants!

Will always be some of the best vegan food I’ve eaten, incredible location (40 floors up Heron Tower in London) and amazing atmosphere. Ridiculously expensive (can easily spend £100 a head), but one of the few restaurants which is worth it (for special occasions only). Full vegan menu and you don’t feel like you’re missing out either!

The best service I have ever recieved, the food - not so much.
But they did make me eat my fist ever maki and it was good.

Pros: modern, fancy

Cons: expensive

Perfect place for a special occasion

We celebrated my husband's birthday here and it was a very special and memorable experience. The views across London and the gherkin are wow, and the food from their separate fully vegan menu even better! If you go, make sure you have the mushroom dish, which we're still reminiscing about!! It's so exiting to go to an omni place & have such an exciting vegan menu, that a lot of thought & effort has gone into & that tastes even better than it sounds! It's very pricey, but worth it for a big treat.
