Surprisingly great vegan sushi! - Edit
I was actually kind of blown away by the vegan sushi variations offered here! 🤯 I mean we're talking about Barsinghausen. Even in the big cities you don't find vegan-friendly sushi places like this very often. I especially loved that they had creme vega (vegan creme cheese). They don't offer vegan fish alternatives yet but other than that I was more than happy 😊
Read moreWe only ordered our food to take away so I can't really judge eating inside the restaurant. But I heard it's not that comfortable 😅 so take it home with you and you'll be fine.
