The ramen they serve are rice noodles - not vegan ramen noodles. The soup was bland with some pan fried vegan gyoza thrown in. Besides that, there were no vegetables. I had to ask for chili pepper oil and rice to finish. Inari and the veggie rolls were fine.

Just fine and pricey - Edit

The vegan roll was priced at $18, which was much more expensive than the majority of the rolls so I thought it would be larger. Was not. And it didn't contain any faux substitutes, just veggies and rice.

I went here for the first time recently. I got the vegan ramen. It was pretty good. Not mind blowing, but I enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed that I felt good after eating it, instead of feeling way overly stuffed like I normally do at restaurants. The gyoza in the soup were AMAZING! I would definitely get those as an appetizer item.
