A great quick treat!

The Sushi Factory is located in a small shopping mall just a few steps away from the Virginia Tech campus. Although the menu is on the small side they make up for it three-fold with the taste. My fiance' and I (both of us are not vegetarian as we do eat seafood) went in a few days ago and sampled a few of their rolls. All of which were made to order and came out quickly and very good. The unagi (eel with eel sauce) was sweet and salty, the spicy tuna was wonderfully spicy without being overwhelming. They also have free hot tea available to any of their patrons as well as vegetarian acceptable sushi (cucumber, avocado, etc). The prices were very reasonable, about half of what you would pay elsewhere. The only down side is that it is a very small establishment and I can imagine on a busy day that it could become very crowded with a limited amount of tables and chairs. Overall the workers were polite, the service was quick and the food was on par with many fine sushi restaurants, minus the stuffy atmosphere and sky high prices. They have definitely gained a new regular customer whenever I'm in town!
