Love their customizable rolls!

I love that you can make your own rolls and sushi bowls. The roasted tofu is delicious and there are tons of veggies to add. Their stuff is always fresh when you go to the location in the union. They do have a vegan roll to go if you don’t have time to stop in and make your own. They have miso soup and a veggie ramen that are pretty good as well.
