Personally I find it to be a great mid day recharge! Before the gym after a hike or a yoga session it’s all good!

This is a great place for smoothies. All of their soups, meals, and snacks are vegan friendly which is so nice for us too!! Try the “Stir it Up,” “Kinky Reggae,” or the “Acoustic Medley.” These are favorites for myself and my kids!
