Big sleection of creative burgers and they were nice. As a non-vegan I actually loved the tofu burger. The rest made me miss meat but my wife loved the burgers, best vegan burgers she's had in a while.

Now, this burger was a pleasant surprise. The star of the show was the Yuba (Tofu Skins), which had been shredded and seasoned to deliver a subtly fishy (in a good way) flavor. The burger was loaded with vegan mayo, crispy onions, cucumber, and what looked like parsley, though it tasted refreshingly minty.
The combination was an unexpected delight. The soft and somewhat fishy yuba paired beautifully with the crunch of the onions and the coolness of the cucumber and mint. It was a flavor combo I didn't know I needed.
As for the crispy potatoes, they were perfection. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I couldn't resist slathering them in some mouthwatering BBQ sauce, though I wished there were a few more to savor.
A special Burger combo I've never eaten before. Just thought the portion size was lacking a bit. Give it a try

Read moreWe ordered the Yuba Creation Burger with fries and coffee and the BBQ Burger with fries and soda. For dessert we got the Tiramisu. The burgers and amount of fries were a bit on the small side, but the taste was incredible, especially of the Yuba Creation Burger! Just pure perfection! The fries too were perfectly cooked and seasoned, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I could not taste any coffee flavor in the tiramisu, just chocolate, but the texture was so rich and creamy, that I chose to imagine that it was a chocolate parfait of some sort and not tiramisu.
I found myself a bit confused when thinking about writing this review. Usually, for an experience like this, I would probably give four stars, but honestly, the flavor and quality of the food was so top notch that the little things that bothered me could not take away from the five stars!

Went in late March. If you're a visitor to Japan definitely try the yuba burger, it's like nothing if I ever tried and it was so good! Menu is in English. Shop is tiny and has basically no seating, but the burger was so good I still have to give it stars. Beware they're not open every day, so make sure before you go.

The food is really tasty and perfectly flavoured! We tried the cheese burger (the bun is really as soft and dense as it should be) and the broccoli salad which was unexpectedly tasteful! Plus, try the tiramisù. We had both the Classic one and the mandarine variant, and they were basically delicious. Probabily one of the best Vegan tiramisù I’ve ever had! #Veganuary

The New Creation Burger will change your life 😅 - Edit
I come to this place as much as possible. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but their new creation burger (made with nama yuba) and gelato is life changing. I often take my non-vegan friends their who immediately become big fans of the restaurant. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great vegan burger in Tokyo.

Before I was Vegan i walked past the Superiority Burger in NYC and decided to try it, totally blew my mind. I became hooked. When I heard it was opening in Tokyo, I cried. Literally weekly customer. But I think (no offense NYC) the Tokyo one is better because they have NEW CREATIONS BURGER, which is using YUBA (only Japanese special tofu skin) and have different more delicate ingredients in their options. I have eaten many types of burgers around the world. Vegan or not. I have to put these delectables at the top of the list.

The “New Japan Creation” is off the charts. Made with yuba (tofu skin), in a sesame sauce with some other herbs like mint. Crunchy onions make the texture interesting too. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted, in a good way. In an amazing way. So much so that I went back the next day to have it again. Exquisite.
