Vegan stuff! Much of it fairly priced... - Edit
We stopped in hoping to find some vegan marshmallows. We did. We also picked up some soy curls since the price was right. Expected a ton of expensive stuff, but we were pleasantly surprised... Lots of vegan items to choose from and friendly staff.

Excellent Place to Shop - Edit
This is a lovely little store with everything you will likely need for a visit to Fairbanks. They have a full selection of grocery items, including fresh produce, canned and dry goods, and frozen foods; along with supplements and body care products. There is a decent bulk section (including local coffee!) and a small section for ready made sandwiches and other to-go foods. Their fresh produce is a bit expensive, but they focus on local sourcing which is awesome.

Great health food store with great advice! - Edit
I love going to Sunshine! They recently expanded so I have been going there more since they now have more food choices. They have an amazing selection of vitamins, herbs, etc. and are very knowledgeable about everything they carry. They will do special orders and help you in any way they can. They do not have a complete grocery store (no fresh fruit, veggies, etc.) so I do have to find a lot of groceries other places but they have things that no one else has.
