Great small natural foods store - Edit
Good selection of organic produce and other grocery items, plus to-go prepared food items like wraps and salads. Produce is still sold in bulk form, while other bulk items, such as spices, beans, and grains, are now sold in prepackaged form. Many otherwise hard-to-find items such as spices. Going back to the days of Rhinebeck Natural Foods, this has always been a pleasant, small store. On a recent visit, the available grab-and-go prepared foods included a fair number of vegan options, including for example a hummus wrap and some salads. The two Sunflower stores (this one and another in Woodstock) offer a membership that allows you to get store credit once you accumulate enough purchases. A wonderful source of ingredients for healthy, plant-based cooking!

Nice Natural Nutririon - Edit
Full scale, normal health food store is under new ownership / management by Sunflower of Woodstock. It has a cafe inside, so you can sip healthful juices or fruity smoothies while shopping. Well lit, very clean, with helpful staff. The store and cafe sell several meat items, but have primarily vegetarian and vegan selections. I enjoy shopping here!

Small store with a huge selection. Produce prices seemed a little high but everything looked of excellent quality. My wife and I were hoping to get something from the cafe but it is closed on Sundays. We managed to put together a fully vegan "take-out" meal from some of the pre-packaged items in the refrigerated case. Meat options are available.
